We are looking to join the vibrant team at Noisette Café in Bentleigh. Noisette is a renowned French-inspired bakery and café, famous for its artisan breads, pastries, and specialty coffee. Our Bentleigh location is a busy, welcoming space where locals come to enjoy high-quality food and exceptional service.

About the Role

As the Assistant Café Manager, you will work alongside the Café Manager to lead daily operations, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and ensure the smooth running of our Bentleigh store.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day café operations at Noisette Café Bentleigh

• Manage, train, and direct a dynamic team to deliver excellent customer service

• Control labour costs and associated expenses

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee to our standards

• Handle staff rostering, inventory management, and stock control

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven café management or similar hospitality management experience (minimum 2 years)

• Strong barista skills and passion for coffee

• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities

• Experience with labour cost control and food cost management

• Current Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and early morning shifts

• Engaging personality and customer-focused attitude
